  • 1.Delivery
  • How long does delivery take?

    Standard deliveries in the Netherlands should arrive within 3-5 business days. International deliveries take up to 7-14 business days depending on the country. You will receive a Track & Trace number when the package is send, which allows you to get a status update of your order. If you’ve haven’t received your order within that period, please contact us!

  • What courier do you use for deliveries?

    We use PostNL or UPS for all of our orders.

  • Can I track my item?

    Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    Our accepted payment methods are:

    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • Maestro
    • American Express
    • Paypal
    • iDeal
    • Direct Bank Transfer
  • What currencies can I use?

    You can view Loose Bundles Website in your desired currency by selecting it from the currency dropbox located within CURRENCY on the top right hand corner of our homepage.

    We only accept payment in Euro's at checkout, however upon selection of the preferred currrency we will, at this point, provide you with an approximate conversion.

  • Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?

    Customer's ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 21% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once your delivery details are complete.

    To work out the price with the VAT discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.21. Simply reducing the price by 21% does not apply as the discount is only applicable to the VAT inclusive amount.

  • How do I know if my order was successful?

    You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed. This means the payment was successful. You will not receive an order confirmation if your payment method has failed.

    You will receive a further dispatch confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped.

  • Can I return my order?

    All items can be returned to us unworn within 14 business days of receipt. Please ensure all labels are intact and that returned items are not stained or damaged.

    The cost of a return shipment is the sole responsibility of the sender and will not be reimbursed byLoose Bundles. You can return your parcel at a PostNL or DHL office. To locate your nearest post office go to www.postnl.nl or www.DHL.com.

  • What is your online returns policy?

    If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

    Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

    We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statuatory rights as a consumer.

    Please enclose the completed Returns Form with your goods, and make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

    Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
